* All prices include taxes, duties, and customs fees. There will be no additional charges upon delivery (DDP shipping).
GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 business hours after purchase. During periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), delays may occur. The delivery times indicated are estimates and are not exact delivery dates.
Domestic shipments are handled by SEUR. International shipments are handled by UPS or SEUR, who will notify you prior to delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to Macabla. You may collect it in Madrid or request a new shipment, which will incur an additional charge.
For address changes, please contact us as soon as possible at help@macabla.com. Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
All our shipments are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means that all taxes, duties, and customs fees are included in the final price, ensuring that the recipient receives their order without any additional charges upon delivery.
This policy applies to European Union countries, the United Kingdom (post-Brexit), and all destinations outside the EU.
Although DDP shipping covers all applicable charges, some countries may require additional documentation for the import of certain products. Our logistics partner is responsible for providing and managing all documentation required by customs in accordance with the legislation of each country.
*Transit times for orders requiring customs clearance may vary from 3 to 10 days due to customs delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed before payment is confirmed. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are included (DDP).
